We want you to be satisfied with your order.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be:
- unused
- in its original condition
- in its original packaging
To start a return, contact us at odinjglerfoss@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if approved.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed. Once processing has started, cancellation may not be possible.
